When will my order be processed?
We will process your order within 24 to 48 hours after you have placed it. We process orders from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. If you place your order after 9am Pacific Time (PT) on a Friday, your order will be processed on Monday. If you place your order on Saturday or Sunday, it will be processed on Monday.

When will my order be shipped?
Once your order is processed it will be received by the carrier you selected during checkout. Orders are not shipped on the same day that they are placed, and orders are not delivered over the weekend. Please note, to deliver wine to an address, someone 21 years old or older must be present to accept the package. The carrier will make three delivery attempts. If you are not present to accept the package on any of these occasions, the carrier will return the wine to us and we will reach out to you directly to resolve.

What states can you legally ship wine to?
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship any wine to AK, AL, AR, DE, IN, LA, MS, NJ, RI, and UT.
Due to state regulations, we cannot ship imported wine to AZ, CO, CT, GA, IA, ID, IL, KS, MD, ME, MI, MO, NE, NY, PA, SD, TX, VA, VT, and WA.

Can wine be returned?
Wine shipping laws prohibit us from accepting returns. We will replace any bottle of wine that is damaged, flawed, or otherwise deemed to be unsatisfactory. Please see our shipping policy for information on returns from unsuccessful delivery attempts. What if the weather gets in the way of my order?
Sometimes weather gets in the way! If we are shipping wine to a location with extreme weather temperatures, we may reach out to you to discuss alterations to your order. We may suggest delayed or expedited shipping, or the addition of ice packs if necessary.

How many wine bottles are in a case?
The number of bottles in a case of wine depends on the size and format of the wine. There are 12 bottles in a case of regular sized wine bottles (750ml). The 375ml cans come in 12-packs, and there are 24 bottles in a case of 187ml minis.

Which wines are sweet?
While it depends on the specific wine and the style in which it’s made, Rieslings and Moscatos (including Moscato D’Asti) tend to be on the sweeter side.

Which of your wines are gluten free?
The entire Cupcake LightHearted line of wines is gluten free.

Which of your wines are vegan?
Chloe Prosecco, Chloe Prosecco Rosé, Chloe Pinot Grigio, and the entire Cupcake LightHearted line of wines are vegan.
